We do not provide you with any files of STELLA or PCRaster, since they are protected by international copyright. STELLA is commercial modelling tool developed by HPS Inc. PCRaster is free spatial dynamic modelling tool developed by Utrecht University. Hence, we assume that you already installed the modelling platform legally before you downloaded FALLOW and we are not responsible to any pirating/copywrong practices of STELLA or PCRaster!
