We provide two versions of SpatRain:

In MSExcel version, the number of cells that can be handled are limited. You can only simulate rainfalls on relatively small cathment area (e.g. 500 km2). Beyond that you need to use the Java version. To be able to run the Java version, you must install JDK SDK v142 for Windows in your PC. Java can be downloaded freely!

MSExcel version
• You must have MSExcel installed in your PC
• Extract SpatRainXLS.zip (1.01 MB)
• You should have SpatRain.xls as the main file and some input samples (*.PCR as spatial inputs and *.CSV as timeseries input).
• To run the program, you must enable the macro

Java version
• You must install JDK SDK v142 for Windows in your PC
• Run setup.exe
• You can run the program from the Program-Start menu
