Djalal is a Marketing Specialist based at ICRAF’s Sahel Node in Bamako, Mali. Djalal is overseeing marketing and business-related research activities in the Sahel Node (Mali, Niger, Burkina-Faso, Sierra-Leone and Guinea). He holds a Ph.D. in Management Studies and Business Administration from Wageningen University, the Netherlands. His focus is on value chain development, monitoring and evaluation, governance issues, and public-private partnerships.
