Dar es Salaam. Tanzania has announced a Sh1 trillion plan on Climate Smart Agriculture (CSM). The Agricultural Climate Response Plan (ACRP) aims at instituting measures for climate change resilience. $125 million (Sh200 billion) for implementing it will be from domestic sources and $500 million (Sh800 billion) will be from foreign sources.
