In January and February this year, ICRAF and partners from the Africa RISING Ethiopia project ran training in apple tree management at three sites (Endamehoni, Sinana and Debre Berhan). The training followed earlier distribution (in August 2014) of 1,500 apple tree seedlings to 150 farmers in six kebeles (25 households per kebele).
