1.4 Structure of the Report

This report is structured in three distinct sections. Section one describes the background, purpose and process of the workshop. The second section summarises the discussions and results of the workshop under two broad headings: Sharing of experiences and Working group discussions. The conclusions and recommendations that were identified at the technical and policy levels are captured in the final section.
