Welcome and thank you for your interest in Agroforestry App Odisha(Odisha) and Website (‘Agroforestry Assistant (AFA) for Odisha’.‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘Our’). The Agroforestry App Odisha(India)is a smart phone android application that allows farmers and extension workers to identify the right agroforestry tree species along with appropriate crop combinations for their location or farms, including quality seedling sources and package of practices.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information in relation to the Agroforestry Assistant (AFA) for Odisha website, the Agroforestry App Odisha (India) service, or any applications (including mobile applications) made available by the International Centre for Research in Agroforestry (ICRAF) (collectively, the "Service"), and your choices about the collection and use of your information.

What we collect

  5. Geolocation data, which is any Information which indicates the geographical position of your device and which may include the time the location was recorded, and may include precise (e.g., GPS-level) location data.

What we use it for

  1. Help you efficiently access the information after you sign in
  2. Remember information so you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the Service
  3. When we collect your precise geolocation data (which may be via the device's cellular, Wi-Fi, Global Positioning System (GPS) networks and/or Bluetooth information), we do so to provide you with our location-related products and services.

However, ICRAF cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit to ICRAF or guarantee that information on the Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.
